It consulted with landowners in 2014/2015 who were asked if they would be willing to sell their land for development. This exercise was called 'Call for Sites' .
As you can see, the majority of landowners in the Parish are willing to have development on their land.
This is shown by the number of red lines on the map below.
The following map shows sites around Cressing that are in various stages of either Construction, Planning approved and about to start construction, Planning applications with BDC for consideration or in Pre-application discussions with BDC. This last category is slightly tenuous as only known yet from Environmental studies being undertaken for the site or information from developers.
